Sizing & Fit
How do RIFQA pieces fit?+
Boxy with a dropped shoulder — a true streetwear silhouette. Take your usual size for the intended fit; size up if you're between sizes or want extra room. The heavyweight fabric holds its shape, so the larger cut drapes rather than swallows.
Do hoodies shrink after washing?+
Everything is pre-shrunk and garment-dyed. Wash cold, hang dry, and the fit stays where it started. Tumble drying hot can pull up to half a size out of the fleece — we don't recommend it.

Shipping
How fast do orders ship?+
Orders leave our studio within 2 business days. Standard shipping runs 5–7 business days (free over $100, otherwise $8). Express runs 2–3 business days for $18.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes — worldwide. International options and rates show at checkout. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
How do I track my order?+
Use the Track Order page with the order number from your confirmation email. You'll also get a tracking link the moment your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
What's the return policy?+
30 days from delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Return shipping is free within the US — a prepaid label is in every order.
Can I exchange for a different size?+
Size exchanges are free, both ways. Reply to your order confirmation with the size you need and the exchange ships as soon as your return is scanned.
My piece sold out — can I still exchange?+
If your size is gone, it's gone — runs are never re-cut. We'll refund you in full instead, or hold store credit for the next drop if you'd rather wait.
Materials & Care
What fabrics do you use?+
Hoodies and crewnecks are 400–450 GSM heavyweight loopback cotton fleece. Tees are 240 GSM combed cotton jersey. The beanie is a merino wool blend. Nothing thin, nothing disposable.
How should I care for the embroidery and prints?+
Wash inside out, cold, with like colors. Hang dry. Iron inside out and never directly over the gold embroidery or back prints.
Will the garment-dyed black fade?+
Slowly, and on purpose — it fades with character like raw denim. Cold washes keep the fade even.
Drops
When is the next drop?+
When it's ready. The email list hears 24 hours before anyone else — no spam, just the drop.
Will you restock sold-out pieces?+
No. Every run is numbered and retired when it sells out. That's the standard, not a tactic.
